HLL’s entry into construction business is not accidental but rather purposeful as the group sees this as an opportunity to leverage it’s strength in construction field where like pharmaceutical business lives, safety and welfare of the people is of utmost importance.
The first flagship project in construction of it’s own office tower “HL House” situated at Maharashtra Nagar, Borivali (West) is fully SELF FUNDED and finished in a record time with all BMC and other Regulatory approvals. This has encouraged the group to enter the Construction field by strategic alliance with Aatmeya Constructions , who are well reputed for their quality and timely completion of their projects.
